Cancellation Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription using any of the following methods:

• Self-service: Log in to your account on the relevant platform and navigate to your account or billing settings to cancel.
• Email: Send a cancellation request to contact@deltadividends.com with your account email and the platform you wish to cancel.
• Phone: Call us at (608) 620-5808 during business hours.

Please allow up to 24 hours for email cancellation requests to be processed.

3. What Happens After Cancellation

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
• At the end of the billing period, your account will revert to the free tier (if available) or become inactive.
• Any data associated with paid features may become inaccessible after downgrade; please export any important data before your subscription ends.

4. Annual Subscriptions

If you are on an annual subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. However, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remaining portion of the annual term. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the annual billing period.

5. Free Trial Cancellation

If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee. We will notify you before any trial converts to a paid plan.

6. Cancellation by Delta Dividends

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription if you violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. In such cases, we may or may not provide a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

7. Reactivation

If you cancel and later wish to resubscribe, you may do so at any time by visiting the relevant platform and selecting a new plan. Your previous subscription data may or may not be available, depending on how long your account was inactive and the platform’s data-retention policies.

8. App Store Subscriptions

If you subscribed through a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), you must cancel through that platform. Delta Dividends cannot process cancellations for subscriptions managed by third-party app stores.
