Refund & Dispute Policy

OVERVIEW
This Refund & Dispute Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services offered by Delta Dividends LLC (“Delta Dividends,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our platforms, including PremiumTracker.com, DividendSync.com, CompareDividends.com, WheelStrategy.io, and AllDividends.com (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Free Tier
Many of our platforms offer a free tier at no cost. Since no payment is collected for free-tier usage, no refund applies. You may stop using the free tier at any time without any obligation.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscription plans (e.g., Pro, AI Plan) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing period.
- All subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in Section 4 below or as required by applicable law.
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, even after cancellation.
3. No Partial Refunds
We do not provide partial refunds or prorated credits for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the paid features through the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for.
4. Refund Requests
If you believe you have been charged in error, or if you experience a material technical issue that prevents you from accessing the paid features of the Service, you may request a refund by contacting us within 14 days of the charge at:
Please include your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and a description of the issue. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and respond within a reasonable time. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion, except where required by applicable law.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a billing concern, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Resolving the matter directly is typically faster and avoids potential account restrictions.
- If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution.
- We will provide the payment processor with evidence of the transaction and any relevant account activity.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and collection activity as permitted by law.
6. Free Trials
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. You may cancel the trial at any time before conversion at no cost.
7. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If we increase the price of your current plan, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the next billing cycle.
8. App Store Purchases
If you subscribed through a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), refunds are subject to the refund policies of that platform. Please contact the relevant app store directly for refund requests on purchases made through their platform.
